Suisun Valley 4-H - Event / Conference / Camp Reimbursement Request

The Suisun Valley 4‑H Event Fee Support form is used to request partial reimbursement for eligible 4‑H events, conferences, or camps. Approved requests may cover up to 50% of the early bird registration fee. Please review the eligibility requirements and submit the form at least two weeks before the event’s registration deadline.
